About Techmer Nursery
  Hi my name is Horst Techmer and I am originally from Germany.  In Germany I earned a degree in Horticulture and worked for several years in the green industry.  I worked for nurseries and landscaping businesses in both Germany and Luxemburg.  I then immigrated to the United States in 1968 and worked for a local nursery in the area.    
     
    In 1974 I started my nursery and landscaping business.  Over the years I raised a family and grew my business.  I continue to  grow the very best quality plants for my customers.  I hope you have a chance to stop by my garden center and see all of the wonderful plants.
